Brown Sugar Crumble Country Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine softened

6 cups of flour

3 cups of sugar

1 Tbsp baking soda

cups of brown sugar

tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla

6 eggs

½ cup margarine

½ cup shortening

3 eggs

tsp Vanilla

¾ cup brown sugar

½ Tbsp Baking soda

¾ tsp salt

Directions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, shortening, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. The dough will be soft. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 in apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool
